LTF Recruitment is searching for a compassionate, amiable, and supportive teaching assistant to help children in reception & nursery classes. The school holds the 'OFSTED' Good rating, providing a conducive learning environment.


The Role:
  • Supporting the class teacher in delivering lessons
  • Aiding children with SEN such as Speech & Language delay, ASD
  • Ensuring a safe learning environment for all children
  • Supporting children during mealtimes and fostering independence
  • Conducting phonics sessions for suitable children
  • Communicating with parents daily
  • Assisting pupils with additional needs

Who we are looking for:
  • Hold Cache/NVQ Level 2 or 3 in childcare or equivalent
  • Previous experience in Early years settings
  • A genuine enthusiasm for teaching and learning
  • Knowledge of EYFS Curriculum
  • Experience working with SEN children
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to inspire and contribute to a supportive team
