A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A (INSERT JOB TITLE HERE) AT (INSERT HOTEL NAME HERE)

What you'll be doing...

Reporting to the Front Office Manager, you can expect your working day to include the following. 

Checking in/out our guests using our Front Office operating system

Answering questions via telephone / face to face

Making new bookings and amendments

Taking payments

Be a Customer Service Champion
