The Digital, Data and Technology team is responsible for technology that enables the effective functioning of systems within the Houses, as well as the Soho House app and our website, and all backend systems. The efficient and convenient function of our digital platforms is essential to the success of our business, particularly our app. It is through this that the majority of bookings for food and beverage, bedrooms and events are made; the app also allows members to check-in to Houses, connect with other members, and seamlessly pay their bill.

Additional responsibilities of the Digital, Data and Technology team include: all technology in our physicals spaces, including WiFi and digital card readers for check-in; cyber security; data capture, security and insights; people and development platforms and finance systems; marketing platforms; Soho Support platforms; standardising technology in new Houses; and data privacy compliance.

The Role...

Soho House is undergoing a period of significant change as it is redesigning the way the business works, in the last two years we have doubled in size and listed on the NYSE. We now have an exciting opportunity for an analytical professional to join us as a Head of People & Data Systems and help us shape a high-quality service to our teams globally.

The successful candidate will be responsible for the deploying the Dayforce system in EU and Asia, while ensuring the UK deployment continues to improve in value to business. The role is also responsible for ensuring the US system aligns with the RoW as appropriate allowing better usage of global data ultimately.

The role will be based at the London Support Office and will report to the Director of IT with whom they will work with to ensure we create an industry leading People systems function.

*This role will initially be a 24 Month FTC that will be reviewed throughout the duration*

Main Duties... 

  • Spearhead and drive the People Systems strategy across the Global regions of Soho House and Co. UK, USA, Europe, and Asia regions, implementing efficient and digitalized best in class HR process
  • Lead the P&D systems team, ensuring work is prioritized and focused on delivering to an agreed roadmap
  • Manage reporting across the regions partnered with each People Director to ensure execution of daily and long-term tasks and projects.
  • Assist the People team in implementation/stabilization of the Dayforce platform in UK/EU/Asia
  • Assist the People team across Americas to ensure the Paycom system aligns with the ROW on Dayforce
  • Work to assess data reporting that is valuable to Finance, Ops and People team, to support business decisions; train effective analysis of existing and future employee data.
  • Ensure the People systems estate works cohesively - Applicant Tracking, HR Information, and Learning Management Systems
  • Digitalise companywide processes that increase accountability, accuracy and efficiency
  • Help to lead an innovative systems approach that helps support employee and employer lifecycle administration and processes
  • Support the administrative components of our current HR systems and utilize them to their fullest potential
  • Design end to end HR Administrative processes and map guidance for the business ensuring segregation of duties and reduction of risk impact

 

What We Are Looking For...

  • Proven experience within a Senior People Systems role at International/Global level.
  • Experience with Ceridian/Dayforce is highly desirable.
  • Strong communication skills both orally and written with the ability to produce high quality and effective documentation/reports on complex issues, sometimes at short notice
  • Proven computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office Products (Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
  • Attention to detail, commitment to quality work product and well organized.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Team player to participate and support needs of entire team
  • Willing to learn new systems, concepts and methods as industry & initiatives dictate
