We are seeking an experienced HR Manager who is looking to step back from front line activities but still wanting to keep current in all things HR.
We aer looking for someone to split their time between managing the diary of our HR Director and supporting in their projects with supporting the central functions with day to day HR.
You'll support on recruitment to attract top talent, foster a positive work environment to enhance employee satisfaction and retention, and oversee performance management processes. Additionally, you'll identify training needs and coordinate development programs, ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies, and analyze HR data to drive continuous improvement.
What We're Looking For: We are seeking someone with proven experience as an HR Manager or HR Officer, preferably in the hospitality industry. Strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a strategic mindset are essential. The ideal candidate will be adaptable, passionate about people, and committed to our company values.
