Here at the LEGOLAND Windsor Resort our 2024 season is in full swing, and we are recruiting for a Hotel Nights Team Leader to join the team
You will lead a team of Front of House Assistants throughout the night shift, making sure our overnight guests are happy and safe in their accommodations, any guest feedback is responded to promptly and professionally, and other members of the Hotel night team are kept informed of anything that our guests might wish to speak to the team about.
As a motivator and leader you will develop your team to deliver the best possible guest interactions, encourage them to become expert knowledge holders and empower them to exceed our guest KPI targets.
Qualifications & Experience
- You will have proven experience carrying out a coordinator, duty manager or team leader role within a hotel environment
- Proven experience of working with the general public in a customer service or guest recovery role, with a passion for exceptional customer service standards
- Comfortable and confident to work night shifts according to the company roster and operational requirements of our Resort Hotels
- We are looking for a self-motivated leader, with excellent communication skills and a guest focussed mindset
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and previous use of Opera PMS is advantageous
- Relevant travel arrangements for night shift work
- Due to the contracted hours of this role, candidates must be over the age of 18

About the LEGOLAND® Windsor Resort
We are looking for a Hotel Nights Team Leader to join our AWESOME team at the UK’s favourite children’s theme park; the LEGOLAND® Windsor Resort. The LEGOLAND Windsor Resort is the ultimate destination for families with children age 2-12. The Resort is home to two awesome LEGO themed Hotels and a host of rides, shows and attractions built around the iconic LEGO® brick. This role is based at the Windsor theme park, located in 150 acres of beautiful parkland.
