Whatyou’ll do

Day-to-day, you’llbe leading your audit team as they deliver audit engagements ontime and to budget while undertaking key aspects of assurancefieldwork and supporting assuranceplanning.

We’ll look to you toleverage internal audit methodology and tools. You’ll also makesure that our global methodology is fully compliant and accurate.That way the audit management tool is up-to-date. You’ll also buildon our internal audit position and influence our evolution ofcontrol.

Your otherresponsibilities willinclude:

  • Supportingthe delivery of a flexible and risk-based audit plan that addressesregulatory requirements and provides independent assurance andimpactful opinions
  • Supervising the auditengagement team while supporting them through coaching to help themrealise their potential
  • Assuring regular auditengagements by supporting assurance planning to make sure key risksare covered while collaborating with internal audit teams in linewith regulatory requirements
  • Undertaking keyaspects of assurance fieldwork while taking responsibility for workacross the team so it’s delivered on time and provides reliableevidence to support issues andopinions
  • Managing key stakeholders throughoutaudit engagements to understand business risks and to make sureeffective discussion is undertaken about keyrisks

The skillsyou’ll need

To be successfulin this role, you’ll be an established internal auditor or riskmanager. We’ll expect you to understand risk management principlesthrough a meticulously investigative approach. You’ll also havegood written and verbal communication and stakeholder managementskills.

You’ll be able tosuccessfully lead a team in delivering projects while adhering tobudget, schedule and quality. You’ll also support your team byidentifying talent, coaching andfeedback.

You’ll alsoneed:

  • Excellentknowledge of IT general controls
  • Outstandingsubject matter expertise and experience of technology riskmanagement in infrastructure or cybersecurity
  • Great knowledge of technology serviceoperation either as an IT auditor or an ITpractitioner
