Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced and proactive Strategic Partnership Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating and executing a partner strategy that leverages our current customer base and identifies new opportunities for growth. This role involves owning and developing relationships with our Enterprise customers, identifying and qualifying new Enterprise-level partners, and driving higher revenue through strategic initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

Partner Strategy Development:

  • Create a comprehensive partner strategy that includes mapping our current customer base to uncover opportunities for growth.
  • Identify potential venues and opportunities within our existing customer base to maximize revenue.

Relationship Management:

  • Own and develop strong, long-term relationships with our Enterprise customer base.
  • Engage with key stakeholders to understand their needs and identify opportunities to grow revenue.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for Enterprise customers, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty.

New Partner Identification and Qualification:

  • Identify and qualify new Enterprise-level partners at the point of sale.
  • Conduct thorough market research to identify potential partners that align with our strategic goals.
  • Develop and present compelling partnership proposals to prospective partners.

Revenue Growth and Opportunity Identification:

  • Drive higher revenue through strategic partnerships and collaborative initiatives.
  • Identify new venue opportunities and work with internal teams to develop and execute plans for expansion.
  • Monitor and report on the performance of strategic partnerships, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
