A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A BREAKFAST CHEF AT THE LYNDENE HOTEL.

What you'll be doing...

Reporting to the Head Chef, you can expect your working day to include the following. 

  • Preparing a range of breakfast items.
  • Ensure that all breakfast dishes are presented attractively and in accordance with the hotel’s standards for quality and consistency.
  • Co-ordinate with the wider kitchen team and breakfast front of house team to ensure a smooth operation during breakfast service, including special dietary requests and guest feedback.
  • Monitor food inventory levels and assist in ordering supplies as needed to maintain adequate stock for breakfast service.
  • Impeccable standards of hygiene and quality.
