The Wonderfield Group has recentlybeen purchased by Zensho Holdings, the leading food service companyin Japan with a market cap of .5b and whose aim is to become theworlds largest food company, a position from which we can eradicatehunger and poverty from around the globe. We operate restaurants,factories, and thousands of sushi kiosks and have recently built asuccessful cut fruit business, Snowfruit. Combining this with thethree businesses previously owned by Zensho, AFC, Sushi Circle andSushi Take, results in annual sales of .5b and Ebitda in excess of0m a year with an ambitious growth trajectory.
•Experienced training professional.
• Experience infacilitating training in both classroom and practical trainingenvironments.
• Intermediate to advanced IT skills (MSOffice 365), specifically Teams

• Responsible for all trainingrelated to the franchise kiosks.
• Create, update anddeliver induction training content to our new franchisees.
• Ensure franchise kiosks are fully compliant in all Health& Safety and Food Safety.
• Providing trainingsolutions to all franchise run kiosks such as knowledge andbehaviours required to perform their roles with confidence.
• Coach the franchisees to ensure the operations are run tothe expected level.
• Work with Operations Teams toestablish ‘Centres of Excellence’ and train the team to perform atour highest standard as well as complete monthly audits to ensurecriteria’s are met.
• Act as a role model, championingYO culture, values, and behaviours
• Positivelyinfluence, motivate, and inspire others to achieve their targets inrelation to learning & development.
• Carry outaudit visits on the franchise kiosks to ensure teams are followingSOPs and meeting expectations.
• Liaise with Attensi tomanage the process corporate sites moving into Franchisedsites
• Complete and organise training sign-offs forFranchisee’s in training.
• Frequent travel to southerntraining academy in Cheltenham as well as sites within their remitofsouth/central.
