WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR …
We are looking to recruit a Guest Services Associate to join ourexceptional Front Office Team at T? Milford Waterfront.  Your calm, efficient, friendly and professional personalitywill shine through to every guest along with your passion for delivering exceptionallevels of guest service. 
Multi-tasking will besecond to none whilst maintaining a positive attitude at all times. 

WHAT YOU’LL DO …
As a Guest Services Associate you will ensure guests are given a warmand friendly welcome to the hotel and roomed according to department standard.Your aim is to interact with guests, embrace our latest technology, and ensurea consistent level of service is offered at all times from the point ofarrival, through to the time of departure. Guest Services Associate arerequired to have extensive knowledge of the hotel and the services provided byvarious outlets and to consistently provide a high level of service to allguests and colleagues, ensuring the provision of excellent service throughoutthe stay.

WHO ARE WE …
Located at the entrance to Milford Waterfront and overlooking Milford Marina, this exciting new hotel will be operated and managed by the team behind the iconic Celtic Manor Resort when it opens in the Spring of 2022.
Part of The Celtic Collection’s growing portfolio of T? Hotels, the hotel will boast 100 guest bedrooms, a restaurant and bar, as well as a private dining area and an activity suite.
T? Hotel Milford Waterfront is being built in partnership with the Port of Milford Haven and will provide another striking attraction for visitors to the heart of Pembrokeshire.
Four floors of bedroom accommodation will house a variety of bedroom types, including family rooms, making it the ideal base for purposeful travellers for both business and leisure.
The hotel will also be an asset for the local community and provide a great new spot to eat and meet, as well as stay over.
If you’re staying at one of our smart new T? Hotels, you’re here to get something done. Whether that’s a meeting, concert, family get-together or a sporting event, you’ll need somewhere to get your head down.
