As an FP&A & Data Analyst will involve Partnering with our Technology team in the development, integration, automation and use of finance data systems. Along with supporting key reporting and budget preparation & delivery.

You will be responsible for

  • Ensure that financial information flows accurately on a timely basis within the organisation
  • Develop and implement efficient and secure procedures for handling and analysis of financial data in our current systems and the Technology change programme
  • Automate process and procedures for data sharing with Sites, Central Support and Management
  • Troubleshoot data-related problems, resolve and implement processes to prevent future issues
  • Provide support on risks, issues and dependencies, of change by data users
    • Help build tools, templates and approaches for new system integrations
    • Be a 'change agent' for the data and systems change programme
    • Ensure appropriate procedures and methodology in collection and distribution of Finance data
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders to develop and execute change management strategies
  • Assist in the integration of data Lynx replacement to its replacement and new ERP system
  • Automate financial and other required data into Tableau database
  • Preparation and delivery of annual budget, quarterly forecast and 5 year plan.
  • Assist in preparation of Operating Board & Shareholder Board presentations
  • Prepare monthly financial reports while assisting the wider financial team to deliver period end close and balance sheet management
