WelcomeBonus: £1,000 welcome bonus split between £500 after 1 monthservice and a further £500 after passing 6 monthsprobation.

TheOpportunity

Our nextResidential Childcare Assistant will be someone whohas: 

  • Essential:Full UK Drivers Licence and access to own vehiclerequired
  • A big heart and passionto make a difference to the residents’lives.

Some of yourduties would be asfollows

  • Supportingyoung people to appointments and activities such as shopping ortrips out
  • Completing relevantpaperwork
  • Undertaking householdtasks
  • Engage our young people in tasks andactivities

Poppy Lodge, one of our registeredindependent accommodation, offers support for vulnerable youngpeople with Social, Emotional, Mental Health (SEMH) and ComplexNeeds.

We are based on Hayling Island and arecommutable from Portsmouth, Havant, Waterlooville and surroundingtowns and villages.
