Key Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate and underwrite leveraged finance transactions for mid-market companies, ensuring alignment with credit policies and risk appetite.
  • Conduct in-depth financial analysis, cash flow modeling, and covenant structuring to support credit decisions.
  • Collaborate with relationship managers, product teams, and syndication teams to deliver innovative financing solutions.
  • Monitor portfolio performance, identifying and mitigating potential risks proactively.
  • Stay updated on market trends, maintaining a strong understanding of industry dynamics and regulatory changes.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Proven experience in leveraged finance or corporate credit, focusing on mid-market clients.
  • Strong analytical and financial modeling skills, with the ability to assess complex credit structures.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with a collaborative mindset.
  • Familiarity with cross-border financing and international markets is a plus.
  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, or a related field; relevant certifications (e.g., CFA) are advantageous.
