Taylor Root have partnered with a leading US law firm who are looking to add headcount into their Banking & Finance team in London. This role will have a focus on sponsor-side leveraged finance transactions in London.
The Firm
Our client has built a strong reputation in London serving the needs of leading capital managers, asset managers and growth companies, private fund sponsors and investment backs. Their main areas of focus are private investment funds, M&A and PE transactions, private credit, fund finance and capital markets.
The Team
The team specialises in debt finance, with a focus on domestic and cross-border acquisitions and investments to finance M&A deals. This team focuses on sponsor-side transactions representing small to private equity sponsors, corporate borrowers and infrastructure investors.
The Role
This position will have a focus on small to mid cap PE clients managing their acquisition and leveraged finance deals. You will be responsible for:
- Drafting and / or review and negotiation of finance documents including, credit agreements, intercreditor agreements, security documents and ancillary documentation
- Coordinate transaction closing.
- Review acquisition documentation, due diligence and deal structuring papers.
The Ideal Candidate
You will ideally have between 1 – 3 PQE working on sponsor side leveraged finance transactions with a leading private practice law firm in London. Those who have a mixed experience are also encouraged to apply.
