You will lead the eCommerce team, managing the smooth operation of the web platform while overseeing the brand's marketing and promotional strategies.

About the role

  • Oversee ongoing website updates and manage larger eCommerce and marketing projects.
  • Analyse website performance, compile weekly and monthly reports, and present actionable insights to senior management to guide strategy development.
  • Manage and monitor the marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation and spend tracking.
  • Develop and execute online marketing strategies, including social media, PPC, SEO, and other digital campaigns.
  • Manage email marketing campaigns, from design and segmentation to deployment and analysis.
  • Implement merchandising strategies to enhance product visibility, maximise sales, and elevate the overall customer experience.
  • Maintain and manage the website's payment systems to ensure smooth and secure transactions for customers.

About you

  • Significant experience in eCommerce and marketing, with a history of improving conversion rate, user experience, and revenue growth.
  • A keen eye for metrics and reporting with the ability to translate data into actionable insights that enhance performance.
  • Hands-on experience with eCommerce platforms (ideally Shopify), and marketing platforms.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence upwards.
  • Comfortable working in a dynamic environment, with the flexibility to manage multiple priorities and pivot as needed.
