How you can help make a better world of work
CultureAmp needs a dynamic, entrepreneurial, and experienced Director of GTM Systems to strategically administer and evolve our Go-To-Market platforms and productivity tools, from Marketing through Sales, Customer Success, and Support. The Director will step into team leadership and an existing tool stack, with a mandate to rationalize duplicative SaaS investments and ensure the strategic business roadmap is well-supported through systems, automation, AI, and world-class user experience. The Director must evidence strong technical depth, a strategic understanding of the traditional GTM tool value chain and emerging technologies, an ability to partner closely with business stakeholders to ensure alignment on the priorities, and a great track record of sophisticated solution delivery.
You will
- Co-own the strategic roadmap for systems investments with the VP of Revenue Operations, CRO, IT leadership, and other senior stakeholders
- Grow and maximize the performance of a high-performing team
- Co-own vendor due diligence and selection, oversee application lifecycle management, and decommission tools with low business value
- Drive relentless optimization of our CRM platforms and other high-touch applications used by GTM team members
- Work closely with the team to alleviate tech debt and improve user experience
- Own cross-functional program management to deliver critical change management initiatives
You have
- 8+ years of experience in GTM systems, revenue operations, or a related consulting field
- Strong experience as a team leader in culture-first companies
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to influence executive decision makers through compelling, well-researched proposals and business cases
- Proficient technical depth to make critical solutions architecture decisions and drive world class delivery and QA through the team
- Very strong track record of working successfully with business partners to scope and deliver business-critical applications
- Evident success in landing complex transformations that have a big impact on the business
(optional) You are
- Resilient, entrepreneurial, and optimistic – a great sense of humor is a plus
