Supporting the Head of Memberships, as a part-time Assistant, you will help with all related admin functions within the business, to lessen their administrative work-load and allow them to focus on progressing projects inline with the company’s goals.
Working 3 days per week – Monday to Wednesday, or Tuesday to Thursday (with the ability to be flexible where needed) – duties will include:
- Gatekeeping all email inquiries from the website, and members, being the first point of call, triaging, and directing to the correct respondent
- Distributing communications on behalf of the CEO as needed
- Assisting with coordination of global events
- Arranging team meetings and socials
- Expense processing
- Supporting EAs with overflow administrative duties and covering leave
- Assisting with PowerPoint and Board Papers for Board Meetings
- Booking travel for C-Suite and Directors as required
- Managing vendor invoices, and liaising with accountants for processing of supplier invoices, and to monitor membership fee payments
- Arranging Steering committee meetings either online or in person (bi-monthly) and liaising with assistants to co-ordinate diaries
- Ensure all processes remain as efficient as possible – suggesting and implementing new ideas. Keeping on top on any advances in technology.
