People and Culture Administrator

We are looking for an experienced and motivated administrator to join our growing People and Culture team. This role has a particular focus on organisational development, staff voice, EDI, and learning. It's an exciting opportunity to develop deeper understanding of these areas whilst playing a key role in supporting our work.
You'll demonstrate effective and inclusive communication skills and these will help you build and maintain relationships with a range of internal colleagues and external stakeholders. You'll have excellent organistational and time-management skills, enabling you to balance and support a number of exciting projects alongside day to day tasks.
You'll be responsible for the accurate and detailed administration of various activities so you will be organised and proactive with great attention to detail. You'll have experience of complex minute taking and handling sensitive and confidential information, potentially within Higher Education although this is not essential. Knowledge of HR/L&D would be helpful but this is not essential and this role would provide exposure to these areas for someone looking to begin their career.
