Job Title: People and Culture Store Administrator

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver high-quality administrative support to the store management team, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.
  • Manage recruitment, onboarding, and performance management processes, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to internal stakeholders, responding to queries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Collaborate with the store P&C Business Partner to develop and implement people strategies that drive business growth and employee engagement.
  • Report on key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide insights to inform business decisions.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in an administrative or HR role, preferably in a retail environment.
  • Working knowledge of employment legislation and best practices.
  • Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas in a clear and concise manner.
  • Good problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and develop creative solutions.
