The Role:
Key Responsibilities:
Own and drive the global S&OP programme and initiatives within the end-to-end global Supply Chain Planning Transformation for our international omnichannel business. Creating and drive alignment to plans that optimize the production, inventory, and distribution of goods and services Own all transformational elements of the S&OP process, spanning from Product/Range Planning, Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Forecasting and dependent processes/initiatives. Foster strong relationships with senior management, dependent functions, and cross-functional, cross territory teams to deliver mutually successful outcomes in planning processes. Lead S&OP to significantly improve supply chain visibility, such as ISA, working capital, process efficiency, integrated E2E forecast management, and multi echelon E2E replenishment methodologies and solutions. Develop and implement cutting-edge technology solutions to digitise and automate the Planning process, in collaboration with the Technology function. Establish best-in-class analytics and standards to monitor and enhance the Supply Chain Planning function, incorporating data-driven insights and analytical thinking. Establish an effective programme structure and workstream to deliver defined S&OP phasing plan, achieving key proof points Facilitate monthly demand forecast aggregation, including consensus between functions and stakeholders Lead S&OP cycle, analysing and uploading timely and accurate periods of 18 months' forecasts on a monthly basis Measure, control, and improve S&OP plan accuracy through clearly defined metrics Location: The role will be based 2 days a week at our Nuneaton head office.

Solid experience in end-to-end Supply Chain Transformation, preferably in S&OP and retail Proven planning, transformation experience and understanding of retail/e-commerce business. Strong analytic and critical thinking approach with problem solving drive. Strong experience across Supply Chain functions, familiarity with market-leading planning tools, and a demonstrated analytical approach Strong experience driving automation and collaboration with Tech teams to create market-leading tools. Exceptional programme/project management and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to perform well under pressure. Excellent communication, critical thinking, problem-solving capabilities, and financial acumen Strong organisational skills in strategy, communication at all levels and execution. Commercial acumen, with an understanding of the impact of transforming planning Ability to contribute to developing International Planning target operating model capability for existing and new markets.
