Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Demand Planning Manager to lead and advance demand planning across volume, creation, and value dimensions in the short, medium, and long term. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in demand planning, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to develop and implement effective demand forecasting systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and advance demand planning across volume, creation, and value dimensions in the short, medium, and long term.
  • Collaborate closely with operations, commercial transformation, and finance teams to establish a best-in-class, data-driven forecasting process aimed at achieving 98% accuracy.
  • Work with a diverse range of internal stakeholders, from senior leadership to customer-facing sales and operational staff, to maximize opportunities and drive efficiencies within the demand planning function.
  • Develop and implement effective demand forecasting systems, incorporating customer feedback and coaching sales and account management teams to drive sales growth.
  • Provide regular reporting and analysis to senior leadership, highlighting key trends and areas for improvement.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in a demand planning role within an established S&OP cycle.
  • Strong analytical skills, with experience handling large data sets and a proven ability to develop demand forecasting systems.
  • Excellent communication, influencing, decision-making, and negotiation skills.
  • Strong financial awareness, effectively translating data insights into meaningful financial impact.
  • Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams without direct line management, consistently meeting challenging targets and deadlines.
