We are seeking candidates to join our fantastic Community Service across South Wales, with particular focus on those who can work in RCT, Cardiff or Swansea. However, we welcome application from all areas in South Wales.
The service operates Monday to Friday 10am - 4pm but could include occasional weekend hours depending on the needs of the individual requiring support.
We are offering an hourly rate from £11.75 with enhanced rates for overtime and annual pay reviews/ rises.
This permanent position offers flexible part-time hours starting from 15 hours weekly. Based on your availability and fit, we'll match you with individuals to support—ranging from one session weekly to three daily (details to be discussed at the interview).

Our Community Service supports over 50 individuals with sensory impairments to maintain independence and carry out activities that are important to them. You will work alongside a manager and a dedicated team at Sense to provide support which can include helping clients with their weekly shopping, taking exercise or attending local groups.

To be considered for this role we require you to have British Sign Language Skills, a Full UK License with use of your own vehicle and business insurance.
