About The Role Support Worker - Rosendale, Lydstep - £11.60 to £12.00 per hour - Full Time: 43.4 hours per week. Located in Lydstep, with views of the sea and the rolling Pembrokeshire hills, Rosendale offers a calm, supportive and homely living environment for up to six adults from the age of 18. In the main house are four en-suite bedrooms, a large lounge, a teaching area and a kitchen/dining area. In additional to this is a 2-bed self-contained flat. At Rosendale fun knows no bounds, beach days are a favourite, along with cinema trips & swimming adventures. We are always on the go - The adventure never ends If you possess a compassionate nature and find fulfilment in empowering remarkable adults through nurturing, caring, motivating, and encouraging their decision-making, then this role is tailor-made for you. A day in the life of working at Rosendale includes: Ensuring their physical and emotional needs are met through a supportive and caring environment; Support our people during recreational activities, outings and community integration; Promote independence, self-esteem, and confidence in our people, celebrating their achievements and milestones; Working together to ensure support is tailored to meet individual needs; Keeping accurate records of all activities, progress, and incidents should they arise; General housekeeping duties, including meal preparation;Sound good so far?
