The Druck S&OP leader is responsible for developing / leading the P&L S&OP and materials life cycle management processes across the Druck business. In this role, you will work closely with the global engineering, product management, commercial and operations team to identify opportunities to maximise the profitability and growth for existing materials in the product portfolio as well as integrate the ITO/OTR/NPI/CPO functions into the S&OP process. The Leader is a key part of Druck productivity programs and will strongly support the cross functional team in driving product cost out, fulfillment, inventory and margin expansion.
As a Druck S&OP Leader you will be responsible for:
Facilitate with the support of the Druck Commercial and Product Management teams a robust process for a demand management cycle incorporating significant quotations (including CPOâs), product/market campaigns (including NPIâs and obsolescence), LT reviews, forecasting and forecast accuracy.
Prioritise products, core component parts or key materials across the Druck product portfolio for obsolesce risk analysis
Ensuring regular and appropriate capacity planning for headcount and rig utilization is in place for each manufacturing team.
Facilitating with the support of the Druck Operations team a robust process for a supply management cycle reviewing supplier performance, inventory, personnel and equipment requirements to achieve the demand review outputs.
Facilitating with the support of the Druck Business Leadership team a regular review of the outputs from the demand and supply reviews to reach a consensus on the strategy and agreement on actions required.
Working with cross functional and product teams to implement material changes including to realise savings opportunities and improve material life cycle management processes by leveraging best practices from other Baker Hughes business and exploring external resources
Develop S&OP processes to extend to all Druck Operations, Service or Stocking locations.
Capturing and reporting S&OP metrics to measure efficiency of our processes, KPIs and analytics       Â

To be successful in this role you will:
Have 5+ years in Operations Environment with a strong interest in manufacturing industries and operations management
Have experience with S&OP / demand planning / fulfilment
Good at detailed-oriented work
Have demonstrated oral and written communication skills; Fluent in English
Have ability to influence cross functionally
Have Working knowledge of Digital Solutions product development, NPI process and engineering work systems
SAP knowledge is a plus
Have strong interpersonal and leadership skills
Have experience in using Microsoft office (Excel, Word, Outlook, Power Point etc.)
Have experience in working with global teams
Have willingness and ability to travel to other manufacturing sites when needed
