Main duties of the job
This role needs someone who is passionate about innovative integrated ways of working and a partnership approach to caring for people in need of mental health support.
In this role, you will support the existing administrator by taking on a vital role and be responsible for providing an excellent service for our service users. You will be taking phone calls from service users and professionals within and outside of the Trust. You will also be responsible for general administration duties for clinical staff, minute taking and data recording and collection.

Detailed job description and main responsibilities
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced administrator to support the existing administrator and team manager get each hub team set up and established.
The service is Monday to Friday 9-5. The days to be covered are a Thursday & Friday.

Person specification Qualifications Essential criteria- Higher Education qualification (i.e. 'A' Level/NVQ III standard) or equivalent/previous experience in an Administration Assistant role.
- Experience of using Office computer programs including MS Teams, Excel, Word and Outlook
- Ability to manage and prioritise own workload
- Ability to liaise with both the public and all professionals in a confident and effective manner
- Experience of working in a healthcare environment
- Working knowledge of email systems and Care Notes
- Able to communicate with staff across all levels of the organisation
- All new starters have a 6 month probationary period. This, together with the induction process, aims to create a positive supportive working environment allowing new employees to learn key elements of their role over a reasonable timescale
- Candidates not currently employed by the Trust who attend an interview for non-qualified Band 1-5 posts are required to undertake numeracy and literacy assessments.
