To succeed in the role of Nights Manager, you will need the following qualities and skills.
Previous nights hotel experience is required, preferably at supervisor level or higher. A passion to provide excellent customer service. Excellent written and verbal communication. High quality phone ettiquete Comprehensive knowledge of Microsoft Office programmes. Knowledge of Opera Cloud or previous Opera versions is prefered but not necessary. General bar knowledge, barista experience and basic cocktail experience is welcome.Any relevant qualifications are welcome but not necessary
