The Company:

With offices in London, Manchester and the Southwest, we specialise in Housing, Construction, Facilities Management, Property, Surveying, Health & Safety and Sales. We supply candidates from executive to operative level, and are currently working with a social housing contractor , who are looking for a Resident Liaison Officer based in the Exeter area.

Our client is looking for a RLO to with within their social housing planned and reactive maintenance contracts in and around the Exeter area.

Day to Day

  • To liaise with social housing tenants daily
  • Communicating work progress between client, contractor and resident
  • Sending out email and letter correspondence
  • Must have excellent communication skills
  • Experience of dealing with complaints and trick situations

Requirements (Skills & Qualifications

  • Experience in a customer service role
  • Ideally some social housing maintenance knowledge
  • Experienced in writing letters and composing emails
  • Good communicator
  • Must be computer literate using Microsoft office
  • Driving licence desirable
