We are currently seeking a a Lead Product Manager who will be responsible for devising and executing a product strategy to drive revenue growth within the Research and Discovery Biopharma market.

This is a remote position based in either the US or UK, which may require travel to the office or customer sites dependent on business needs.

What weâll get you doing:

  • Providing informed market insight, competitive intelligence, customer insight as well as IDBS product positioning to drive performance for assigned software product lines within the Research and Discovery BioPharma market.
  • New product ideation within the Research and Discovery market, starting with prioritizing valuable customer problems, gathering, and prioritizing product requirements, creating business cases and following through with successful product launches.
  • Support the Head of Product Management to explore, evaluate, and establish product partnerships with external companies and providers to accelerate new product innovation.
  • Work in close collaboration with supporting business units: Engineering, Quality & Regulatory Compliance, Professional Services, Marketing and Sales.
  • Maintain effective information flow between our customers, customer facing organization and our product and engineering team and lead cross- functional problem-solving teams when performance is meeting targets.

Here is what success in this role looks like:

  • Bachelor or higher degree or equivalent in a life science, molecular biology, or chemistry subject matter
  • Multiple yearsâ experience in product strategy, product management or product marketing within a life science or scientific software organization.
  • Ability to demonstrate domain knowledge in one or more (Bio)Pharma Research and Discovery domain areas, such as target/biomarker identification and validation, compound/clone screening, lead identification and optimization.
  • Prior experience leading multidisciplinary teams and/or projects.
  • Fluency with industry standard processes for product development, such as Agile and software products such as Aha or Jira.

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

  • Multiple yearsâ experience within a BioPharma company specializing in pharmaceutical drug discovery.

Travel, Motor Vehicle Record & Physical/Environment Requirements:

· Ability to travel up to 25% with overnight stays across the global landscape to attend internal and customer facing meetings.

· Must have a valid driverâs license with an acceptable driving record

The salary range OR the hourly range for this role is £125,000 - £135,000 This is the range that we in good faith believe is the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. This range may be modified in the future.

This job is also eligible for bonus/incentive pay.
