Bell Cornwall Recruitment are pleased to be hiring an Accountant for a fantastic practice in Aldridge. The company has seen a substantial amount of growth and would be ideal for someone who is looking to hit the ground running and take on the Accountant role confidently.

The Candidates requirements and responsibilities:

  • Be responsible for posting and reviewing general ledger transactions, preparing and reviewing month end reconciliations, reviewing month end sales and WIP movements, monitoring and planning supplier payments, posting journals, reviewing expenses and challenging costings, reviewing bank reconciliations and other ad hoc finance tasks.
  • Having previous experience within an accountants' role would be essential.
  • Strong Managerial and Motivational skills would be essential.
  • Be able to review, analyse and improve any accounts processes.
  • Be confident when it comes to decision making and taking on any queries regarding the accounts.
  • Preferably be Qualified or Qualified by experience.
