Head of Digital Experience London / WFH to £180k+

As the Head of Digital Experience you will collaborate closely with several product teams to design market leading customer experiences. You'll lead a cross functional team of Data Engineers, Product Managers and UX Designers to create engagement and drive commercial growth, defining the vision, strategy and go to market based on data centric market research, feedback and competitor analysis. You'll also coordinate with software development teams to define requirements, set priorities and manage time scales, fostering a collaborative environment with great team work.

This is an impactful role reporting to the Executive Committee and UK CEO, you'll develop and implement monetisation strategies to maximise revenue and profitability, monitor and analyse financial performance and make data driven decisions.

Location / WFH:

You'll join the team with a great deal of flexibility (2 days office, flexible start times); when you are in the office you'll be based in the City with an upbeat team environment, casual dress code and a range of facilities including roof terrace and break out areas.

About you:

You have strong Product Management experience within a B2C environment: Gaming, eCommerce, online Retail preferredYou have experience of growing an online brandYou have a strong degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science or related disciplineYou have strong leadership, communication, collaboration and stakeholder management skillsYou're a data driven decision maker with strong commercial acumen, planning and strategy skills
