We're recruiting for an Administrative Assistant to join an operations team to support with all things admin Ideally, you'll have previous experience within Administartion as a Personal Assistant, Office Manager, Head Administrator or similar.

As an Administrative Assistant your role will include:

  • Preparing quotes, bids, tenders and proposals
  • Creating feedback surveys
  • Supporting other departments with other ad-hoc duties
  • Handling client and team enquires by logging, taking, chasing and resolving any issues

Skills Required:

  • Great communication skills both written and verbally
  • Previous administration experience
  • Highly organised and a key eye to detail
  • Be able to drive with your own vehicle due to the location of the business

This is a full time permanent position working Monday to Friday 8:30am to 5pm this role is fully office based in Arundel and paying a salary of £25,000. You do need a valid UK driving licence with your own vehicle due to the location.
