In a nutshell Support our Network Operations, local Airport Managers and our central Airports and Clubhouses teams to deliver operational excellence by providing data driven insights, using root cause analysis to produce and present business wide reports and inform indicative future performance and risk analysis using machine learning tools. 

Day to day

Identify efficiencies that help us to achieve our business objectives 

  

Produce weekly and monthly performance reports and review packs informing on key trends, root cause analysis and situational context 

  

Using historical performance along with forecasted performance/machine learning - develop our future target setting methodology for monthly, quarterly and yearly targets across Customer and Operations 

  

Produce monthly crew productivity and standby utilisation statistics, developing reports to track historic performance and provide insights to the operations planning team to inform future requirements. Secondly, develop look forward reporting to highlight operational risk and where the Operations Control Centre may need to take action. 

  

Build and populate business wide reporting for the Customer & Operations teams capturing KPI, trends and look forward, sharing weekly and monthly updates to the LT and departmental team updates 

  

Analyse impact of schedule optimisation on operational teams (crewing, airports, engineering) and customer experience (utilising NPS and customer complaint data), providing insight and reports to influence key stakeholders' decisions points throughout the planning process 

  

Work closely with varying stakeholders to take action within our network to drive towards continuous improvement 

About you

We are looking for someone with an analytical mind and inclination for problem solving with exceptional attention to detail and lateral thinking ability. Experience with analytics tools such as Power BI is essential. Familiarity with the Dax and M languages is highly desirable, as is a working knowledge of Power Apps development. 

You will have experience in: 

Identifying/defining new data sources and analysis processes; 

Performing in-depth analysis using statistical techniques on large-scale, complex and raw data; 

Interpreting data, identifying patterns and trends; 

Developing process improvements to enhance overall data quality; 

Visualizing data to deliver actionable insight; 

Working independently and as part of a team; 

Working to time, cost and quality objectives and able to quickly respond to urgent operational needs, reprioritizing work as appropriate
