Job Description
Our Registered Branch Associates are an essential part of the client team, and we rely on their unique experiences, insights, and professional backgrounds. We value different viewpoints to help achieve exceptional results and improve the lives of our clients.

Registered Branch Associates create capacity for the Financial Advisor by partnering together to serve existing clients at the direction of the Financial Advisor. Registered Branch Associates support the branch process in order to provide a streamlined client experience, understand client' motivations and goals, and accelerate trust within the branch team.

Deepening relationships with existing clientsGather information and collect suitability information to open new accountsResearch portfolio performance, cost/fees, asset allocation, changes to portfolio construction/investments, and make recommendations to Financial Advisor and communicate to client on behalf of Financial Advisor when in agreement with recommendationExecute Financial Advisor solicited buy/sell orders and confirm with clientsAnswer general client questions regarding Edward Jones Stock recommendations and withdrawalsActively business plan and work as a team to continuously evaluate and execute branch strategiesContinually develop yourself to grow personally and professionallyCan you see yourself...Building meaningful connections and long-lasting relationships with clientsManaging multiple projects in a dynamic and highly collaborative organizationIdentifying, analyzing, and resolving a wide variety of issues related to personalized investment solutions, involving the financial advisor when appropriate Desire to be part of a continuous learning environment, incorporating feedback and adapting to changesRequirements:High School Diploma/Equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred3-5 years of relevant experience in securities/financial services industry preferredSeries 7 and Series 66 required; if not currently registered, registrations may be obtained at Edward Jones during the assigned study periodFINRA registrations are required within three months. State insurance licenses are also requiredAs an associate, you are required to complete all ongoing training offered by the firm and regulatory authorities FINRA and/or SEC
