Job Summary

Band 4 Registered Nursing Associate

We are seeking a skilled Registered Nursing Associate to join our Gynaecology Team at Oxford University Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care in a comprehensive 20-bed acute surgical ward and day surgery area.

Main Duties

The Registered Nursing Associate will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of care are provided to patients throughout their journey, from initial assessment to post-operative care. This will involve working closely with the ward coordinator and other healthcare professionals to deliver excellent patient outcomes.

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Registered Nursing Associate with excellent interpersonal and communication skills, who is keen to learn and take on new clinical skills. The ideal candidate will be an enthusiastic, committed, and professional individual who is passionate about delivering outstanding care to patients.

Person Specification

The successful candidate will have a Foundation Degree in Nursing Associate and NMC registration. They will also be willing to undertake self-development activities to improve clinical effectiveness and be able to identify their own learning needs.
