Negotiable, £30-£32k once Competent Adviser Status is achieved, plus bonus. OTE - £45k
The ideal candidate will provide expert financial advice, develop personalised financial plans, and possess excellent organisational skills. This role offers part-remote working flexibility, allowing for an effective balance between professional and personal life.
Day to Day of the role: Conduct in-depth consultations with clients to understand their financial goals and circumstances.Develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients, providing ongoing support and advice.Deliver tailored financial advice across various products, including investments, pensions, insurance, and estate planning.Analyse clients’ financial status and create comprehensive plans to meet their objectives.Keep abreast of financial markets and trends to offer current advice and strategies.Regularly review client portfolios and adjust plans as needed.Ensure all financial advice adheres to regulatory standards and company policies.Maintain precise records of client interactions and financial transactions.Generate and present detailed reports to clients on financial plans, performance, and recommendations.Seek new client acquisition opportunities and engage in networking and promotional events.Work with the marketing team to develop and execute business development strategies. Required Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, accounting, or related field is desirable.Minimum Level 4 Financial Advice diploma, CII or LIBF.Experience as a Financial Adviser or similar role is preferred.Proven ability to provide high-quality financial advice and build client relationships.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.Proficient in financial planning software and tools.Capable of working independently and collaboratively.High level of integrity and professionalism.Strong organisational skills.
