The Role
We are in search of a passionate individual to join as an Telesales Account Manager. In this pivotal role, you will drive the course for revenue growth whilst maintaining brilliant relationships with your clients. This is your chance to leave an indelible mark and shape the trajectory of our sales division.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Devise and execute ingenious sales strategies to surpass revenue targets and fuel business expansion
  • Foster and cultivate strategic alliances with key clients and partners
  • Identify lucrative growth opportunities and devise actionable strategies to seize them
  • Stay abreast of market dynamics and competitor moves to maintain a competitive edge
  • Forge collaborative ties across departments to align sales initiatives with overarching business goals
  • Compile comprehensive sales reports and forecasts
  • Stay abreast of industry best practices and leverage them to bolster sales prowess
 
Our Ideal Candidate
At this point in your career, you will possess a sound understanding of the drinks industry or have honed your skills in hitting targets. Further to this we are looking for:

  • Possesses excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a natural ability to engage with people
  • Demonstrates a customer-centric mindset, always striving to understand and address the needs of potential clients
