About You
The Ability to use AutoCAD and Microsoft office proficiently and efficiently Produced detailed plans for refresh / new stores and ad hock projects that are accurate, meet the needs of the business from all aspects including: Space / VM Policy Work in a collaborative manner with the Project / Refit Managers and other stake holders to produce the correct plan for each project Strong organisational and time management skills being Driven and self motivated Understanding of 'Cost' when designing scheme's and the ability to return on investment Logical, practical and adaptable approach with the ability to solve problems and try new ideas Self Motivated with a desire to continually develop. As a CAD Technician you will work with the store development team in the preparation and completion of plans for New Store, Refurbishments and any Ad Hoc works as necessary to support the over riding business development plans
Key Responsibilities -
Design accurate store plans that meet all of the business objectives around Inspirational shopping experiences for customers, space management and layouts ensuring all of the latest schemes are included. Development of accurate store plans for any Ad Hoc projects and to support the business as necessary Proficient in the use of AutoCAD / REVIT Consider cost in all plan designs Work in a collaborative and cross functional manner with the Project / Refit Managers, Retail Management, VM, Branch Merchandising and other head office functions to produce the correct plan for each project Maintenance of the CAD Drive ensuring the latest plans are accurate and up to date Excellent Personal Effectiveness and time management with the ability to deliver the requested plans and information as needed. Good interpersonal skills and the ability to work as part of a team, communicate well at all levels, both verbally and in writing
