Salary: £51,515 per annum

This is an exciting opportunity to lead our Housing Solutions Team, Homefinder Team and our new Assessment and Support and Social Letting Agency Teams within the Community Housing Department.

You will be an inspirational and motivational manager accustomed to managing change and will provide leadership to develop and manage staff with a commitment to ensuring services reflect best practice. You will work closely with other agencies, delivering services in partnership and identifying opportunities for service development.

You will have experience delivering services to people who have multiple and complex needs. As well as having in-depth and current knowledge of homelessness and housing legislation together with experience of working within a housing-related environment.

The successful applicant will be able to demonstrate:

Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence at a senior level.

Proven track record of managing in a homelessness environment.

Experience of partnership working at a senior level

Supporting team members to achieve good quality outcomes.

A talent for performance management

Ability to innovate design and implement new initiatives.
