This position is for a Head of HR in the Entertainment industry and the successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all HR strategy and operations within the company, providing strategic guidance, strong support to leadership and driving a positive workplace culture.
This role requires a creative and strategic HR Leader to drive the people agenda and support the business in their commercial growth and development.

Description
Managing all HR activity for the function, covering the full employee lifecycle from recruitment, compensation and benefits, learning and development, organisational development/change, employee relations, talent management & succession planningDeveloping HR strategies in line with business objectivesLeading and coaching the HR team to drive best practice and develop knowledgeImplement employee programs and incentives (DE&I, Wellbeing)Partner business leaders and managers and high potential colleagues to identify opportunities for growth/development & support retentionLeading employee relations, performance management and employee development initiativesCreating a positive and inclusive work environmentReporting to senior management on HR metrics and continuously reviewing the effectiveness of current processes, implementing changes and improvementsDriving the continuous improvement agenda, focusing on engagement and improving capability
Profile
A successful Head of HR should have:
Proven experience in a senior HR role with a corporate backgroundComprehensive knowledge of leading the HR strategy and creating a positive work culture/environmentExcellent leadership and people management skillsStrong analytical and problem-solving abilitiesExcellent communication skills and ability to build strong relationships across the businessStrong employment law knowledgeJob Offer
