The Programmes Coordinator will be the first point of contact for parents,carers, tutors, schools, Education Authorities and other stakeholders.You’ will be responsible for sourcing and managing tutors alongside of our Recruitment/Deployment Manager and our Educatch Director to ensure individual young peoples programmes meet their needs and EHCP targets.

You will be setting up the programmes, coordinating the tutors, agreeing the persoanlised schemes of work and then managing the programmes once they have started. You will then monitor their progress and impact.

You will be responsible for ensuring the programmes are adequately staffed using our Safer Recruitment policy and procedures and that they run smoothly from start to finish. You will support and managed tutors using a range of performance management processes including training, observations and supervision/ appraisal.

The role includes:
• Working closely with tutors, schools, parents and key stakeholders
• Establishing the tuition programmes by recruiting and matching tutors.
• Daily management of the programmes through personalised, creative scheme of work.
• Daily trouble shooting and being a means of support for tutors, parents and other stakeholders,
• Monitoring progress and impact.
• Attending meetings relating to young people and the targets we are working towards. 
• Referring any safeguarding matters to the Designated Safeguarding Lead (DSL)
