As our Flow Wrapper Manufacturing Technician, you will be a key part of our lean transformation and help us to attain operational excellence. You will be responsible for delivering against safety, quality, delivery and cost key metrics. 

What To Expect

Ownership of one of the people, safety, quality, delivery, and cost pillars and communicate this to your team in the daily Tier 1 meetings  Performing training on processes, leading multiple manufacturing processes  Accountability for documentation, taking ownership for the closing our of batches Working closely with the engineering team to drive improvements, and manage data output Identifying areas for improvement in the manufacturing process and implement strategies to increase efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance quality. Being actively involved in problem-solving using analytical skills and with the discipline to make data-driven decisions. Holding team members accountable for embodying the Hologic values; using honesty when appraising and managing individuals' performance whilst supporting and coaching individuals to close performance gaps. Creating a positive and inclusive work environment, which enhances employee engagement and implementing strategies to promote staff growth and development. Holding responsibility for transportation, handling and disposal of waste Performing operation/calibration and cleaning of all general lab/manufacturing equipment  Participation in regular continuous improvement events, kaizen workshops, 5S audits, and safety and sustainability initiatives 

What we expect

Experience in a highly regulated industry: Medical Device, Pharma, FMCG, Biotech or similar Expertise working with automated manufacturing lines, with the knowledge to drive improvements Skills: A proven practitioner of lean systems, tools, continuous improvement methodologies, and industry best practices Integrity: Ability to challenge the status quo, having the courage to constructively challenge to improve the business. Resilience, the ability to deal with ambiguity and uncertainty, with the confidence to deal with issues and implement change Adaptability, able to respond to changing needs of the business with drive and determination
