**About the Role**

As a Customer Service Specialist, you'll ensure a seamless service experience for our clients, upholding our brand image. You'll manage customer communication, craft quotations, process orders, and collaborate across teams, all while enhancing the customer experience.

**About Your Responsibilities**

Your role is central to ensuring an exceptional customer experience in which you will:

- Be the first point of contact for customer queries, ensuring a top-notch customer experience.
- Manage customer communication via our CRM system (C4C).
- Craft accurate customer quotations and orders, upholding our brand image.
- Be the liaison between customers and departments, swiftly resolving queries.
- Enhance customer experiences through timely enquiry handling.
- Collaborate with various teams from Supply Chain to Customer Service and Technical Services.
- Oversee the logistics and delivery process.
- Escalate issues in compliance with established policies and assist with audit controls.
- Handle ad-hoc tasks as required.
