Alchemy are partnering with a Relocation provider in their search for a Relocation Consultant to join their team.

This exciting opportunity will require delivering a range of relocation services to corporate organisations and individuals to assist with all phases of the relocation process.

Duties of the Relocation Consultant position include;
Management of full client portfolio from first enquiry to completion of the relocationBriefing the relocating employee to make them aware of the entire relocation processOrganising property viewings and visits for assigneesOffering advice and report recommendations to clients, or appointing third parties where appropriateActing as a main point of contact for clients and relocating employee, as well as team members and account managersDelivery of excellent client service across a diverse range of clients and culturesArrange rental payments for clients when necessary, review rental tenancy offers and propose amendments to draft tenancy agreementsSelect and appoint third parties when required (marketing agents, furniture rental etc)Authorise employee expenses and third-party supplier invoicesNegotiate home purchase and sale pricesEnsure that allocation of relocation caseloads is appropriate and evenly distributed across team membersMonthly review and analysis of client and portfolio performance, proactively submitting recommendations for improvements to the Operations and Accounts managersInitiate development opportunitiesAssisting account managers with checking policies and ensuring changes are carried outResponsible for service of delivery within budget

Experience and desirable skills required;
Experience within Relocation, Destination Services, Property sales, or Estate Agents’ Lettings department, and working with a UK and international caseloadUnderstanding of relocation, letting procedures, and tenancy agreements preferred Experience in working in a customer service roleAbility to manage own workload under pressureMS Excel, Outlook, and Word proficientConfident and proactivePassionate about delivering exemplary client service in line with company guidelines
