(Link to grad scheme on Asda page)Free city centre parking – you can also use it outside working hours"Your Role"As Customer Strategy & Proposition Senior Manager, you will facilitate the definition of ASDA's customer strategy (who are our target customers and how will we win with them) and the development of propositions to meet customer needs, working cross-functionally to launch, test, iterate and optimise propositions. You will:
Lead a team of Customer Proposition Managers.Facilitate the definition and annual review of ASDA's customer strategy.Define the 3 year customer roadmap and annual customer proposition plan.Work in collaboration with the Customer Insight and Foresight Team on customer needs research to provide the jumping off point for new proposition development.Work closely with Transformation; Customer and Commercial leadership teams; Finance and the wider Customer and Marketing teams to set customer direction and prioritisation.Lead the creation, development and management of the portfolio of customer propositions across the business.Set measures, continually monitor and optimise customer propositions.Deliver measurable results that support the delivery of our business and customer strategy.****This is a fixed term contract for 12 months****
