About the Role

The Senior Manager of Digital Propositions is responsible for planning and executing monetisation initiatives and strategy that will ensure maximising revenue KPIs within our business. This role will work across teams internally and with technology partners to generate demand from advertisers, both supplier brands and non-endemic brands, on and offsite.

Your Responsibilities

  • Drive Best-in-Class Digital Media Propositions - You will be responsible for developing and executing digital media propositions that will drive revenue growth for our business.
  • Develop and Manage Digital Propositions - You will be responsible for developing and managing our digital propositions, including pricing and inventory management.
  • Lead the Pricing of Our Propositions - You will be responsible for leading the pricing of our propositions, balancing competitiveness with profit and ensuring that advertisers are hitting their objectives with a strong ROAS.
  • Work Closely with the Media Analytics Team - You will work closely with the media analytics team to ensure that a measurement framework is in place for the propositions you manage.
  • Manage the Process Between Marketing, Commercial, and Suppliers - You will be responsible for managing the process between marketing, commercial, and suppliers, ensuring lead times are balanced between our capacity and manufacturers' desires.
  • Select and Manage Execution Partners - You will be responsible for selecting and managing execution partners to ensure value for money, overall compliance, and speed of execution.
  • Lead Asda-Wide Events - You will be the lead point of contact for Asda-wide events, ensuring that retail media is considered as part of the design and not an afterthought.
  • Deliver Digital Media Revenue Targets - You will have a joint accountability for delivering the digital media revenue targets.
