SRM Recruitment are collaborating with a prominent firm in Northampton to find a driven and motivated Accounts Assistant.
As part of a well-established team, the successful candidate will have a fantastic opportunity to develop and enhance their skills and experience.
Responsibilities:
Process supplier invoices promptly, including matching them to purchase orders and allocating to the correct accounts.Perform supplier statement reconciliations.Manage credit control.Assist with month-end routines.Conduct ongoing housekeeping activities to maintain clean ledgers.Maintain accurate records of accounts payable transactions.Verify invoice accuracy and resolve discrepancies.Handle ad-hoc tasks and projects.
To Be Considered:
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.Proficiency in Excel.Strong communication skills.Experienced Accounts AssistantExcellent numerical, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Salary:
upto£30000 + excellent personal benefits.
