This company prides itself on its robust operations in the banking and financial services sector, serving a diverse range of clients across the EMEA region, from its centrally located London office.
Job Description
Lead and enhance the Client On-boarding function across the EMEA region.
Drive the implementation of strategic initiatives in line with the company's objectives.
Oversee the entire client on-boarding process, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience for all clients.
Engage with stakeholders and clients, fostering strong relationships and maintaining open lines of communication.
Identify areas of improvement and implement changes to enhance client on-boarding procedures.
Ensure the team's adherence to all regulatory requirements and company policies.
Provide leadership and guidance to the Client On-boarding team, driving performance and development.
Act as the primary point of contact for all client on-boarding matters within the EMEA region.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Head of Client On-boarding EMEA should have:
A strong understanding of the banking and financial services industry, particularly within the EMEA region.
Proven leadership skills, with a track record of successfully managing a large team.
Deep understanding of the end to end KYC process across different client types and for varied and complex projectsExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with an ability to engage effectively with clients and stakeholders.
A solution-oriented mindset, with a capacity to identify and implement process improvements.
A strong understanding of regulatory requirements in the banking and financial services sector.
Ability to engage in and manage both BAU and change initiative, deep understandings of procedure of system development of the client life cycle
