As a Design Surveyor you will provide support and guidance in regard to Feasibility, Project Design, Specifications and Procurement. The Design Surveyor will investigate and package future work for the Capital Investment and Regeneration Teams to deliver.

The Design Surveyor will be required to work closely with the Investment Strategy Manager and Asset Data Manager to provide future investment pathways for all properties considering strategic drivers, WHSQ, decarbonisation and desirability. This role will be pivotal in ensuring investment is targeted correctly based on data and priority.

The Design Surveyor will deliver less complex projects directly, with support from NCH’s Building Safety compliance team. For more complex and visionary schemes, you will lead teams of external Architects and Consultants to transform investment across the associations stock.
