Job Title: In-House Agency Land Surveyor
Location: Newport, United Kingdom

**Salary**: Up to 32k p/a

Company Description: Our client is a growing storage unit company seeking an experienced land surveyor to join their in-house agency team. This company has been expanding rapidly in recent years, and we are looking for a skilled professional to help them assess and develop their land properties.

Job Description: As an in-house agency land surveyor, you will be responsible for conducting land surveys, preparing maps, and providing advice on land use planning and development. You will work closely with the construction and engineering teams to ensure that all land surveys are accurate and comply with all applicable regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct land surveys using a variety of surveying equipment and software
- Prepare detailed maps and other documents to support land use planning and development
- Collaborate with other teams to ensure that all surveys and plans meet company and regulatory standards
- Monitor and update property records and databases as needed
- Provide expert advice and guidance on land use planning and development
- Stay up-to-date on current land surveying techniques and technology

**Requirements**:

- Degree in land surveying or a related field
- At least 5 years of experience in land surveying, with a strong background in land use planning and development
- Excellent knowledge of land surveying software and equipment
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with other teams
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Full driving license and willingness to travel to different sites as needed
