About the role
Are you a passionate leader with a vision for exceptional housing services?
THCH is seeking a dynamic and experienced leader to oversee our Neighbourhoods & Income teams. You'll play a pivotal role in ensuring high-quality housing management, income collection, and resident support.
In this role, you will:
Lead a team delivering housing, income, and tenancy support services. Champion resident needs and ensure excellent customer service. Develop innovative approaches to housing and income management. Foster strong relationships with residents, stakeholders, and local authorities. Drive continuous improvement and achieve THCH's strategic goals.About you
You'll be a great fit if you have:
Proven experience in housing management and income collection. Strong leadership and people management skills. A commitment to customer focus and service excellence. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. A passion for creating vibrant and sustainable communities.What we offer you
